Jude vs 24-25 ” To Him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy – to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forever more! Amen “

These wonderful scriptures are known as a Doxology…a set form of words Praising God. Many churches end their services with a Doxology…one of the most common is the simple but powerful song written by Thomas Ken in 1674, ” Praise Him from which all Blessings flow, Praise Him all creatures here below, Praise Him above ye heavenly hosts, Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Amen!” A Doxology helps us focus on who God is, His awesome power, and what He has done and is doing in our lives. It’s purpose is to remind us all of His righteousness, power, and dominion over the earth. A Doxology is a perfect way to Praise our Lord as a group, and individuality.
