If you listen to the world, you’re likely to hear pessimism, gloom and doom. There’s an inclination to take the least favorable view…expecting the worst…and always laced with cynicism. Followers of Christ have something that the world doesn’t…something that changes their perspective and eternal viewpoint. That thing is future hope…a promise that this isn’t all there is to life, with the finale being death. As Believers, we have that blessed hope of eternal life with Jesus Christ in Heaven…and that trust can’t be destroyed by any of the world’s commentary.
