Psalm 19: 7 ” The Law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul. The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple.”

The enduring Word of the Lord is literally, figuratively, and morally complete.   His Word is sufficient for instruction, encouragement, and comfort at all times of our life…in good times and bad.   For within His Word, God has revealed to us right from wrong, wise from foolish, and the temporal from the eternal.
