Titus 2: 11-12 ” For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say ‘No’ to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age.”

Think soberly about this…it’s only by the grace of God that the pandemic has passed over you, your family and/or friends.  Now, God’s spiritual blessings should never be taken for granted…but have we allowed ourselves to become impassive and unappreciative towards His wondrous grace… instead riveted on our own fears, anxiety, or frustrations?  We should be rejoicing in the grace of God…ever thankful that we are covered in His great love, and showered with His mercy and glorious favor.

Titus 2:11-12 ” For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present Age…”

I Timothy 2:3-4 tells us that God wants all men to be saved and to come to knowledge of the truth.  But it also tells us in Romans 1:20, “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities – His eternal power and divine nature –  have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.”  So whether we want to admit it or not – we know what’s right and wrong.  God’s unearned and unmerited favor is for all.  But when we reject God’s truth, we become estranged from Him, having no excuse except our selfish Will.
