I Samuel 10:7 ” Once these signs are fulfilled, do whatever your hand finds to do, for God is with you.”

The prophet Samuel had anointed Saul, the first king of Israel, and then given him initial instructions…but after that, he told Saul to do what was in front of him. We all think our calling from God will involve all these mountaintop events…but in reality, we’ll find most days are filled with mundane, everyday activities. But it’s in doing what’s in front of us, glamorous or not, that we’re faithfully living and trusting God. For most things we do everyday will never be done for public honor, and laud…but only to glorify God. But also remember this, all those dull, workaday activities done faithfully unto the Lord are as important to Him, if not more, than any public appearance you could have.
