Jesus had abiding confidence that His Father always listened to Him…and we should also. In many places across the Scriptures it states that God is attentive to our prayers. (Psalm 34:17, Jeremiah 29:12, I John 5:14) But if we take this idea of Christ’s assurance that God heard Him and add Galatians 4:19 and Romans 8:9-10…we will realize that if Christ is formed in us and His Spirit dwells within, we can have the same certainty that God hears us that Jesus did. So pray with faith and trust that God is listening.
