We don’t pray to inform God, we pray to involve Him. God is Omniscience, (John 2:25)…He already knows what’s going on in your life. He is simply waiting for you to ask for His help. We may think we’ve got some deep dark secret…but remember, God understands and know you, (Jeremiah 9:24) He knows your thoughts, (Psalm 94:11) and you can’t hide anything from Him. (Hebrews 4:13) So there’s no need to “enlighten” God…just draw Him in as an active participant…for He knows exactly what you need. (Matthew 6:8)
