Exodus 5:1-2 ” Afterwards Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh and said, ‘This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: Let My people go, so that they may hold a festival to Me in the desert.’ Pharaoh said, ‘Who is the Lord, that I should obey Him and let Israel go? I do not know the Lord and I will not let Israel go.’ “

Pharaoh’s answer to Moses and Aaron was quite candid…” Why should I obey a God I don’t know?” “Why should I give attention to His Voice when I don’t know who He is?” Many in the world today are saying the same things. They have no personal knowledge or personal relationship with God, so why should they obey this stranger? That’s where you and I come in as Believers…for we can introduce them to this stranger Who can become closer than a brother if they give Him half a chance.
